Change order
Making mistakes is human. Did you just finish your order or forgot something? No problem! Contact us directly. As long as the order has not left our warehouse, we can change or cancel it immediately.
Is your package already on your way? Then you can actively decline the order. Than you need to let the postman know that you do not want the package. After we receive the package, we will contact you to resolve. Canceling or actively refusing an order is free of charge.

If you think afterwards that you do not need the product, which is not a problem either. Contact us directly. All cancellations must be made to the customer service. In case of cancellation, please state your full name and order number at least.
For repayment or prepaid amounts, we also need your bank account number. Customers from abroad should also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: The account number you provide for the refund must be equal to the account number which you uses for the payment to us. This is to prevent any refunds fraud! Any amounts already paid will be refunded directly to you.
