Status of your order

Order and shipping confirmation

When you have placed an order with us, you will receive a confirmation of your order by email. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Track and trace

After we have shipped your order, you will receive an email from us. This email contains a track and trace code and a link to the delivery service track and trace page that sent your order. With this link you can follow your order.

Also check your spam filter

If you have not received a confirmation email from us, please check your spam filter. It may be that the mail was sent to it. If this is not the case, please contact us about the status of your order.
