Replacing a projector lamp for the same projector lamp suitable for another brand and type of beamer, applies as a new order. You will return your old order within the term of notice and reflect your new order as you are used to. We will therefore charge shipping fees for processing and delivery of the new order.

Should a projector lamp be exchanged due to a mistake or a defect, then the costs are of course on our behalf.

Contact the customer service then we will arrange that you get the right product.

Exceptions:

Only consumers enjoy protection. Companies pay 10% of the purchase price for administration, shipping and restocking fees. The projector lamp can be exchanged, however, at a low cost.
