Return procedure
How to return your projectorlamp
You must notify Projectorlamps.eu of all returns and cancellations in writing. You can do this by sending an e-mail to our customer service department. Please specify your full name and invoice number when cancelling your order.
We will also need your bank account number to return payment of amounts that have already been paid (for advance payments). International customers must also specify their IBAN and BIC/Swift number for their own bank.
Note: The account number you specify for return payment must be the same as the bank account number you used to pay for the order. The reason for this is to prevent any fraudulent activity associated with return payments. Any amounts already paid will be returned to you within maximum 30 days.
Return shipments must meet the following criteria:
• You must request a RET number within 2 weeks from the receipt of your order.
• The order must be returned to us as soon as possible, but maximum 2 weeks after the RET number has been issued.
• The items to be returned must be unopened, in original packaging and undamaged.
• Carefully package the item. Do not write anything on the package and do not attach any labels or adhesive tape to the package.
• Pack the items to be returned in an outer box to prevent damage during transport.
• The return shipment must be sent to us with sufficient postage.
• Always save your proof of shipping so that you can claim any lost packages with your carrier.
Items that cannot be returned:
• Opened or damaged items.
• Items that were custom made for the buyer.
• Products that were assembled or ordered especially for you.
• Items that were purchased elsewhere other than Projectorlamps.eu.
Projectorlamps.eu reserves the right to refuse returned products or to only credit a part of the billed amount if the product had already been opened, used or damaged.
