It is of course very annoying, but since we are only human, there may be a mistake with processing your order. This will allow you to receive an incorrect article by mistake. We will, of course, correct our mistake immediately for you.

After receipt, always check if your shipment is complete and correct. Always check the product for any damages. If a wrong item or an incomplete product has been delivered, you can report it directly to our customer service.
