Item defective, incomplete or damaged 

Check your order

After receipt, always check if your shipment is complete and correct. Always check the product for damages. If a defect, incorrect or incomplete product has been delivered, you can report it directly to our customer service. Of course it is very annoying when this happens, but we solve the problem immediately for you.

In most cases, we will send you a new projector lamp and the returned product must return to us so that we can claim the warranty on the product. Should a projector lamp be exchanged due to a mistake or a defect, then the costs are of course on our behalf.

If you have any doubts about your order, just contact us, we do not bite and stupid questions do not exist with us. Projector lamps are our field of expertise and not yours, so questions are logical. We are happy to assist you.
