Maintain your projectors

Good maintenance ensures a longer life of your beamer and projector lamp. Beamers used daily for a few hours in, for example, a classroom or a shop, should be properly maintained to ensure trouble-free use.

Advantages of maintenance to a projector:

Maintenance projector

Cleaning a beamer becomes necessary over time due to the dust that disappears in the beamer. Internal cleaning is therefore unavoidable and highly recommended after a long period of use. In fact, the dust comes back to the beamer's optical parts. Optical parts are the lens, the color filters, the LCD panels and the dmd chip. Only a certified technician can perform this cleaning for you.

Beamerexpert can provide your projector with a maintenance service and has a technician at home. We can come to you on location to provide 1 or more service engineers. However, you can also send the projector to us and in that case you will return the projector within 1-2 business days. For an average service party, it takes 3 to 4 weeks for your beamer will return. However, we do not call it a service

Maintenance work - 1 to 1.5 hours work by technician

• Thorough cleaning of all exterior parts
• Cleaning the dust filter
• Clean and anti static the projection lens
• Testing of all inputs and connections on signal detection
• Check and clean the ventilation system
• Structural control of functionality
• Check for breakages and / or other damage
• Check the electronics on the circuit board level
• Dismantling the projector and infrared port
• Optional replacement projector lamp including lamp timer reset

The prices are exclusive 21% VAT and excluding € 9.95 shipping.

Beamer maintenance contract

You can also conclude a preventive maintenance contract for your projector. We will contact you annually or two yearly for the maintenance of your projector. Contact us for the possibilities or for a free quote.

Maintenance procedure

- Please send your beamer to the shipping address stated on the maintenance form.
- Pack the beamer firmly and very well so that it can not damage during transport.
- The shipment must clearly state a maintenance form with address and telephone number as well as the description of a possible problem.
- Once we have received your shipment, we will investigate and maintain your projector right away. At any repair costs we will always contact you.
- Always save your shipping receipt so that you can claim a possible loss from your carrier.
