What should you do if you receive a defective lamp that is covered by warranty
We understand it is frustrating to receive an item that you ordered from Projectorlamps.eu that does not work as expected. Nevertheless, it can happen. Always follow the user instructions on the packaging and review the instruction manual that came with your projector for any instructions related to problem resolution.
If an item does not work upon receipt, you must notify us as soon as possible. In this case contact our customer service department for a solution to your problem. If the item you ordered turns out to be defective, we will propose a solution. Generally, we will send you a new projector lamp right away.
Warranty procedure:
• Request an RMA number from our customer service department during the warranty period.
• Send the defective projector lamp to the address supplied with the RMA number as soon as possible, but within 2 weeks at the latest after receiving an RMA number from us.
• Package the warranty item securely so that it cannot be damaged during transport. The original packaging must not be damaged and it must not contain writing or labels. Pack the original box in an outer box.
• The warranty shipment must be accompanied by a note with address information and telephone number, as well as a description of the problem and the RMA number. Also include a copy of your proof of purchase. • Once we receive your shipment, we will investigate the problem and send you a replacement or your repaired product back to you as soon as possible.
• Always keep your proof of shipment so that you can claim any lost packages with your carrier.
