Warranty on projectorlamps

We have a factory warranty on all our projector lamps. This means:

• Original projectorlamp with original cover – 3 months
• Original projectorlamp with universal cover – 4 months
• Original projectorlamp with no cover – 3 months

Statutory warranty

Despite the high quality of the projector lamps we have in our assortment, there is a slight chance you might receive an item that is not perfect. In this case, we will provide you with an appropriate solution as soon as possible. In most cases, we will send you a new projectorlamp right away.

If a projector lamp is defective upon receipt, please contact our customer service department right away.

The factory warranty will apply to any item that becomes defective more than fourteen calendar days after receipt. We then depend on the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. Your projectorlamp is then generally gone for about a month. Projectolamps.eu guarantees your statutory rights to a product that should reasonably meet the expectations created for the product. We will do this, no matter what your item is, by replacing or repairing it or we will pay you.

Improper use

If the defect involves a product that has been dropped, jolted or subjected to water damage, or if the item was subjected to improper use or if the defect falls beyond the scope of the pattern expected with normal use of the item, you cannot lay claim to a free repair or replacement. You will receive a price quote for repair costs without obligation. You can then indicate whether you agree to the repair for the amount specified or whether you will forgo any further action.
