Repair procedure
Beamerexpert works closely with specialists in the repair and maintenance of beamers. We work with a few simple steps.
1. You will send your beamer using the repair form. Always pack the beamer in a box filled with air cushions or soft material and provide the beamer with a 'fragile' sticker. You are responsible for the shipment of the projector. It is wise to ensure the projector for transportation. Always keep your shipping receipt so that you can claim a possible loss on your carrier. Ask the Postnl or your transport company.
2. You will receive a confirmation of receipt and then receive a pricing by mail within 7 working days. The price list indicates what's wrong with the projector, what needs to be repaired to your beamer and what exactly this will cost you.
3. Make an economically considered choice; Let the beamer repair for the price or not. If you leave the projector, you will receive an invoice and after repair it will be returned to you.
4. If you do not want to make your projector, you can leave your beamer at the repair company. You do not pay anything! If you want to return your projector, you will pay the research and shipping costs and it will be returned. In this way you will be treated fairly. The research costs are € 65.00 per hour and the shipping costs € 9.95.
